The Convergences dial was born from a collaboration with Yann Von Kaenel, master guilloché. Like engraving, guilloché involves cutting precise, repetitive grooves into metal, giving rise to complex patterns where light and shadow intertwine.

Two years ago, my meeting with Yann opened an unexpected door and a shared desire to bring together guilloché and marquetry, two demanding disciplines united for the first time.

Nature has once again guided me toward this creation. Following the arcs engraved by Yann on the dial, I let the tree emerge naturally as the symbol of life and of everything that converges toward it.

The choice of materials that make up Convergences rests on a delicate balance. The feather finds its place naturally at the heart of the piece. It brings lightness and softness, in subtle contrast with the metal. It is accompanied by six other carefully chosen materials which together bring the piece to life.

Uniting guilloché and multi-material marquetry was a true challenge. It is this unexpected alliance that gives this creation its unique character.
